LGBTQ2IA+ Support Group

This group is for individuals identifying as LGBTQ2IA+ and who want a dedicated time each week to meet with other Queer Folx and share their experience, strength, and hope with one another. We will discuss the week’s triumphs and challenges, and learn a variety of coping skills, (including but not limited to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) skills to help us feel grounded). This is a non-judgemental, all-inclusive safe space in which participants will explore issues such as coming out, finding community, intersectionality, dating, self-care, sex, gender expression, family dynamics, and other topics based off of group conscience. This is a process group, meaning it is not necessarily structured based off of a curriculum and rather goes with the flow of what the group needs each week. This is a great option for folx who are not yet ready to have full individual therapy session and who feel they would benefit from the group environment.

Group meets virtually, every Tuesday, at 7:00pm. $40/session/person
